Do you have a physical store we can shop at?

We do not currently have a brick & mortar, however you can follow our Instragram to find out what fairs/pops up we may be at in the WNC area! 

Why don't you have labels on the outside of your jars?

Smoke and Ember was created with aesthetic in mind. I found that an otherwise beautiful jar was easily disrupted by a label. Our candles were crafted to be the whole package- to both smell amazing and look stunning.

Will you have a rotating list of fragrances?

Yes! While we do plan to keep our signature collection year round we will also include seasonal and limited edition fragrances in our shop.

Who owns Smoke and Ember?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Right now we are processing orders within 1 -2 business days. Once it is shipped out you will receive a tracking number so you can follow it until it hits your mailbox!  

Do you ship internationally?

For the time being, we only ship to the contiguous US. 

Can you accommodate bulk orders?

Absolutely! Whether you need gifts for your bridesmaids or co-workers can we make it happen for you. In most cases we will need a minimum of a 2 week notice. Just contact us at smokeandembercandlecompany@gmail.com or through our contact link.
